Evan Shapiro is the President of National Lampoon, a Comedy Studio for Live Performance, Film, TV, Social and Audio. Jason Byrne is the VP of Software Development at FloSports. He manages the engineering team responsible for live streaming and realtime sport data. Jason also oversees the NOC/Broadcast Operations department and leads software achitecture and technical R&D efforts at FloSports. Prior to joining FloSports, Jason was founder and CEO of MileSplit, which for well over a decade has been the leading track & field web site in North America. MileSplit was acquired by FloSports in 2013 and remains one of its top properties.

Jonathan has been a Director at Altman Vilandrie & Company (AV&Co.)—a 140-person strategy consulting firm focused on technology, media, and telecom—since 2006. He has more than 25 years of consulting and industry experience in communications, media and related technology sectors. Jonathan’s primary areas of expertise include corporate strategy, product innovation, marketing management, customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and new business planning and development. Jonathan has led AV&Co.’s unique proprietary consumer survey and simulation techniques to analyze the impact of new video entrants, working with video distributors on product design and pricing of traditional and OTT AVOD and SVOD services, and advising broadcast and cable TV networks on product and pricing strategy for new video offers. Jonathan is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the group charged with investigating and selecting EMMY award recipients for innovative TV technology. Jonathan received a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Olga Kornienko is a co-founder and COO of the DRM as a Service specialist EZDRM. Since 2001, Olga has driven the growth of this very international enterprise and established its strong market branding as both a business and a technology leader. Olga is an expert on video security, security industry history, and a frequent contributor to industry publications and conferences.

With 10 years of experience in Live events and Subscriptions, Salvatore has been working with Media and Non-Media brands to launch and expand their Direct-to-Consumer businesses. Working closely with executives to better understand the key metrics to acquire, retain and grow their subscribers.
GENERAL MANAGER, TOPIC.COM AT FIRST LOOK MEDIA
Ryan Chanatry is the General Manager for First Look Media’s Topic, a digital platform focused on visual and audio storytelling. Previously, Ryan oversaw First Look’s Audience Development efforts, including acquisition strategy, partnerships, newsletter growth, and paid media.
Before joining First Look Media, Ryan was Director, Global Marketing Insights at Netflix where he led the team responsible for all brand, advertising, and social media intelligence and tracking efforts as well as strategic creative planning and development. In addition he worked extensively on Netflix’s international market launches across Europe and Japan.
He joined Netflix in 2013 from Mediacom in Singapore where he was Director, Asia-Pacific Insights & Decisions. Before that he was a Senior Brand Strategy Consultant at Interbrand in the US, Japan, and Singapore.
Ryan holds a B.S. with honors in Marketing and Human Resources from The Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
